Here is a synopsis of the steps we follow:


CLIENT MEETING


This is a face to face meeting or in a zoom call, in order to assessment of your needs. Well find out where you’re at in terms of what marketing or advertising you’ve done before, what has worked and what hasn’t, how many customers you’d like to get in average in a month, and where you’d like to be in the next 3 months, 6 months and a year from now, as well as what your capacity is. We discover your uniqueness and specialties, and what makes you tick. And lastly what digital marketing package would be best suited to your needs and budget.


PROPOSAL AND ONBOARDING


We then send you your proposal, including your quote according to your requirements as well as our client contract so that both parties are committed to the process. Once our contract is signed and deposit is paid, we can move onto the next step. We will also determine what monthly ad-spend budget you’ll need in order to have successful campaigns.


CLIENT AVATAR MEETING AND MARKETING STRATEGY


This is an in depth 1.5 - 2 hour meeting to determine who is your ideal target market you want to achieve best success with, which will be determined by your specialty or practice niche, as well as who your ideal paying client is and what demographics they share. This is crucial for the marketing strategy. We then need to find the ideal hook, lead magnet and Offer, so that we can reel in the right people you’re after. This is sometimes done in another meeting, once we’ve had a chance to do some research and brainstorming.


CLIENT AVATAR RESEARCH AND OFFER


After conducting some research as to what will appeal to your ideal customer / client and what language to speak to them in, we will propose an offer that will appeal to them.


MONETIZATION STRATEGY


In addition to the perfect offer, we will brainstorm what other products or services we can upsell to your ideal customer, so that we can maximise the amount of money you can make by leading them on a buying in journey of low to high price ticket items over time. Therefore, logical strategy needs to be put in place. It is also essential to have a Team Training meeting so that you and your staff are fully capable and geared to follow up on your leads when they come in. It’s essential to know that even the most successful campaigns and paid ads will fall short, unless your staff are doing their utmost to follow up on leads and making sure they book and come in for their appointments or take you up on your offer.


COPY WRITING:


TMD will then write Copy for the following pieces, as is required by the marketing strategy:


1. Lead Magnet Copy

This is usually a free download of some pertinent advice, or other free give away to your ideal patient / client that helps establish you as a thought leader in your industry. And it helps us collect email addresses and contact details of potential leads to help you build a data base for future remarketing.


2. Bog articles and email drip campaign

These also help to establish you as a thought leader.


3. Hook and offer

A carefully crafted hook is what grabs the attention of your potential lead and the offer is what will lure them into your CRM list. It is imperative that the offer is either exceptional as a deal or offers irresistible value to your leads. These all require highly specialised copy writing skills.


4. Emailer Campaign Copy

This will involve thank you emails, onboarding emails and Benefits copy for your sales funnel as well as automated emailer campaign.


5. Facebook Ads copy:

Great headlines, description lines as well as body copy that will compel potential leads of your ideal audience to take action and click through to your offer. The Facebook ads is the actual Hook.

One can select whatever type of campaign is most suited to the advertisers needs, such as brand awareness, leads and conversions.
