How soon will my digital marketing campaign go live?
This depends on how involved your marketing strategy and design and ad campaign set up will be, but typically within 3-4 weeks after beginning the process.
How long will it take to build my website?
This depends on how involved your website design is and whether it will need to incorporate an online store or not, but typically within 3-4 weeks after beginning the process.
How long will it take to design my logo and corporate stationery?
Logo Design usually takes between 3 - 5 working days, and then one -3 days for tweaking and approval. Once logo is approved, it will take approx a week to do the rest of the corporate stationery items. Time often depends on how quick our clients are in getting back to us with their suggested amendments and approval, which affects the time taken to complete the process.
What if I don't like my logo?
Provided we have followed your brief and justified what we've designed, you're welcome to commission another batch of logos at an extra cost. If we have followed your brief and did the best we could do, but you honestly feel that our logos have not lived up to your expectations, and you don't wish to continue using us, then we will refund you 50% of your deposit. However, If we have not followed your brief at all and you can show that, then we will refund you 100% of your deposit. This rarely, if ever, happens.
How many leads can I expect to get through my digital marketing and am I guaranteed on getting good returns?
This is a hard question to answer as it depends on so many factors, ranging from the quality, demand of your product or service, your special offer we would recommend, your ad budget, your target audience (avatar) and the economy of the market. We suggest starting off on a low budget and then gradually increasing as you see the results coming in, or if the campaign is not doing well, we will tweak and do whatever's required and possible to get the desired results for your ROI (Return on investment).
